Sunday Worship Services

     Sunday Worship Services are held at 9:00 am & 10:45 am and are a contemporary format.  

Children

     Sunday: Our children's Sunday School classes are available at both services from Nursery to 6th Grade. Our classes are equipped to teach the word of God at the children's own level. Check in early at the Information Desk before the adult service begins.
     Tuesday COMPASS Kids for grades 1-6:  A children's program  offering crafts, Bible teachings and just plain fun! 

Veens For Christ

Life Training Center / Recovery Workshops

     At Morning Star Friends Church, we care about you.  Our Life Training Center is designed to help meet the spiritual, psychological and relational needs of the hurting.  Click here.

Small Groups

     Small Groups (Bible Studies) are held throughout the week.  The following is a sample of some of our groups / ministries. See the church calendar for topics, locations and more information.

     Men's Groups

     Thursdays at 7:00 pm
     Saturdays at  7:30 am

   Women's Groups

     Sundays at 9:00 am

     First Tuesday of each month (book club)

     Saturdays once a month at 8:30 am  (prayer breakfast)

     Last Saturday of the month at 1:00 pm (knitting ministry)

     Combined Adult Groups

     Tuesdays at 7:30 pm at Jones' Residence

     Tuesdays at 7:00 pm at Morning Star

     Wednesdays at 10:00 am (Senior Adults)

     Fridays at 7:00 pm at Gridley's Residence

   Empty Nesters - Monthly gatherings on Saturdays (this group is for couples with at least one child out of high school)

   Singles - Monthly gatherings at various locations

Nursing Homes

     Outreach ministry to area nursing care facilities conducting services for those who find it difficult to travel.
